hello again (:
i'm back after yet another hectic week of my lifeeeeeeeee (: waha. my life iz always hectic i realised. but i guess that's the way i like it. never ending line of things to do(besides the still piling list of school work) baha.. oh well!!
once again thanks ben for the songs! well erm the modernised Nsync version sounds much nicer anyway (:
yeah.. so let's see.. now that nationals are over.. physio has resumed. told pauline i wanna cut back physio to twice a week.. not sure if she's agreeable.. but yeah.. maybe it slipped off her mind again. or wait.. maybe she's gonna discharge me soon. hmmm.
well.. so 20july, friday.
resumes physio after a long 2week break of nationals. instead of more running this time i did lots and lotsa jumps (: fun actually.. like back to speed, power, agility (:
after physio rushed off to my first water polo training. erm.. water polo iz SERIOUSLY tiring. geex. imagine trying to trap water and keep yourself afloat with/without the ball.. trying to stop yourself from bobbing up and down and passing. geex. jud and i couldn't help sinking. x)
rushed down to riverwalk for cell (: first time ever going to riverwalk. haha. the place iz pretty cool and stylish. bk said it would be cold, but apparently it wasnt that cold ba.. yupp.. games was fun (: you know there's something really cool about the games in N219.. it's that their games are really outta the box and not normal. it's fun. and i have this feeling they actually spent time creating their games. hmmm. we need more creative juices :D so the meeting was pretty alright i suppose. at least i got the point bk was driving at. that all things are really possible in His Hands. we juz gotta keep trusting and relying on Him for the empowerment (:
after cell rushed down to the Cathy to meet clique up (:
yeah.. this iz us. i was the last to arrive. and this was the last group shot they took after the 84219741268 many shots they cam whored. blah. but nvm.. guess wad it's BEN'S AND JERRY'S!!! and i missed it. nvm!!! i'm gonna have my awfully chocolate soon rightrightright david and ben? x) baha. yupp! soon ken and his gf(ting) left and so did rae and jun. hanged around listening to shu's friend-the lead singer of the band performing den erm. we left. headed to somewhere in orchard. i cant rem where that iz. but yeah. it's the "park" and we lay down there staring into the black reflective ceiling and the blue little flashing lights. sighhhhh.. nice sweet quiet peaceful. but i couldn't be at peace. i dunno why but there was smth bothering me and i juz cant figure out wad. but yeah.. left soon after cuz i had to catch a train and the bus home. unlike them all there's NIGHTRIDER. why cant the nightrider services go pass my house too huh?!? *complains*but oh well.. it was a great night (: jam packed with activities.. and thanks ziqi for chatting with me on the phone all the way home (:
21july, saturday.
what did i do.? erm went to school for some crap phototaking which erm.. took liike 30mins to arrange the people into the photographer's desired position and juz when he's about to start snapping it started to rain.. thanks dude.
well free refreshments in courtesy of climbing club (: like custard tarts, cream eclairs and BROWNIES!! (: i had lotsa brownies and headed home.
lunched napped and headed out to find ziqi and weixiong to study. study barely 2hours and i got restless. left for service. serviced. message was wow. now i still lack that conviction which i somehow need to instill. fellowshipped. had fun. and for the first time i heard ben and his transformer self. lolx :D
22july, sunday.
mizuno waveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee run. seriously it's waves. like little waves each time someone splashes into a puddle which splashed onto you. great. fancy waking up at 530AM on a RAINY sunday morning. yawns. self imposed torture. haha. ran a 10k race with judith throughout the whole race (: it's really great running with you jud!!! (: like motivation to keep up and run together and finish the race together (: 57.17mins. rah. and did i say? somehow i ended up with a blister on the arch of my foot ): tink i tied my laces too tight x)
well the thingy actually ended early. but inefficiency caused me to leave bedok reservoir at 944AM. geex. imagine waiting for almost 40mins to take our bags from the baggage truck. o.O i got fed up waiting in the end and actually climbed into the truck and found our bags myself. selfish of me but ya. arghh. it was suppose to be a truck specially for the ladies' bags BUT!!!! they PILED like 987654321guy's bags on top of ours. so far for being the earlier few to throw our bags in. boo.
so like erm. at 10 the bus came. raced my way to expo juz in time for the last worship song. x) good message as well on the Lord's prayer. simple yet full of meaning. wow. lunched and tried to settle some stuff for the captain's ball game this coming sunday. ended erm like 4+5? cant rem. bused home. napped a while. and instead of sleeping early i slept at 1+ because of the dumb SGC. sighhhhhhhhh. tired.
but it was a funny day alright. full of hilarious 'stunts' by me, making a fool outta myself. all thanks to david. x) and i've a question. do i look like i'm crying when i laugh?! haha x) thanks for the wonderful afternoon wonderful lunch and wonderful day. (: baha.!! i cant believe it. do i look like a giraffe?!?!? xD gosh.
23july, monday. today.
so today was a tired day. skipped pe and slept throughout it openly at the sports complex while everyone was running their 2.4km test run. haaaaaaaaaa. didn't sleep during lessons. but slept during break. did a little of my GP essay but insufficient to complete. now it's one of the piled up work i have to do again. zzz. by tmr. gosh. physio today was merciful (: did light warm up, light strengthening and i got a recovery massage (: heh. i'm blessed. (:
